Advertising industry united as one to beat disease and overcome challenges

Recently, Chinese Advertising Association, National Health Commission, Health Marketing Platform, Daily Chinese Family and Spokesperson Committee of Chinese Advertising Association and M-CC Internet Entertainment gave publicity to the campaign for fighting the battle against the epidemic together and made a series of charity advertisements about how to defeat COVID-19. Lots of related organizations, advertising companies, media platforms, public figures responded to the call actively and took part in this action.

As an executive company of Endorser Committee of Chinese Advertising Association, M-CC Internet Entertainment was responsible for calling celebrities together. Up to now, more than 300 celebrities have participated in this publicity campaign against COVID-19 to contribute their effort.

From the beginning of the New Year’s Day, advertisements against the epidemic made by Chinese Advertising Association, National Health Commission and related departments have been published around the country within a few days. As of February 10, more than 400 advertising media across the country have published this public service advertising in the shortest timeframe, with a total of more than 1.21 million advertisement. The total price of the media publications for promotion has exceeded RMB 1.8 billion. This publicity covers 235 cities, 31 provinces and autonomous regions and all municipalities directly under the Central Government. Media platforms range from outdoor media such as elevator videos, subways and airport screens and urban business district screens to TVs, official newspapers, magazines, short-video applications, social media platforms and other new media. Media form changed from print media to video, audio and interaction.

In addition, advertisements against the epidemic made by the Chinese Advertising Association and The State Administration of Radio and Television and National Health Commission were broadcasted on multiple channels of CCTV around the clock.
